Internet access in small pueblo in mexico?

I often visit my small pueblo in Mexico, in which we don’t have any telephones except for one public one. Is there any way possible to technically connect a computer to some kind of power line or something to access internet in Mexico where there aren’t any internet providers? (I practically live in a dessert in Mexico)
